Kaleena M. Beck

Kaleena M. Beck is an equity partner and co-founder of Madsen Beck PLLC in Eagle, Idaho. Her practice includes family dynamics planning, business planning, estate planning, and litigation. She assists clients with adoptions, guardianships, conservatorships, estate and succession planning, business matters, and disputes that require court involvement. Her work is structured around understanding how personal, family, and business decisions affect one another over time.

Kaleena earned a B.S. in Finance, a B.S. in Economics, and a B.A. in Spanish with a minor in International Business from the University of Idaho. She later earned a Juris Doctorate with a focus on Business Law and Entrepreneurship from the University of Idaho College of Law. Her combined financial, business, language, and legal education supports planning and litigation work involving family structures, estates, and closely held businesses.
