Kylie Lopez Madsen

Kylie Lopez Madsen is the Managing Member of Madsen Beck PLLC and advises clients on business planning, estate planning, and litigation. She works with individuals and businesses on matters that require both careful planning and practical dispute resolution. Her approach is designed to help clients understand the details of a legal issue without losing sight of broader goals involving business operations, family assets, future planning, or contested court matters.

Kylie received a B.A. in English Literature from Boise State University in 2009 and graduated cum laude from William & Mary Law School in 2014. She also spent a summer in Beijing working for a nongovernmental organization with a focus on youth law. Her education supports strong legal writing, analysis, and communication, all of which are important in planning documents, business advice, negotiations, and litigation.

Kylie’s practice includes advising clients through stages of the business life cycle, developing estate plans, and representing clients in court when disputes arise. Madsen Beck also handles probate and trust administration and guardianship, conservatorship, and adoption matters. Her experience therefore spans both forward-looking planning and responsive litigation, allowing her to help clients organize legal affairs before problems arise and address disputes when they become unavoidable.

Kylie Lopez Madsen is admitted in Idaho and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho. As a managing attorney, she combines client counseling with responsibility for guiding matters from planning through resolution.
