About

Wayne B. Ball is a seasoned attorney with more than 43 years of legal experience, focusing his practice on estate planning, tax law, and elder law. As a strong advocate for public education on legal preparedness, he has dedicated his career to helping Arkansans avoid the financial and emotional costs of poor or delayed planning.

Wayne earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law and later completed an LL.M. in Taxation from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Labor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, grounding his legal practice in both business and tax understanding.

Admitted to practice in Arkansas and Texas, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Tax Court, and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, Wayne brings extensive legal insight to every client interaction. His mission centers on guiding individuals through the complexities of wills, trusts, tax implications, and asset transfers with clarity and care.

Wayne has long stressed that estate planning isn’t just for the wealthy—it’s a must for anyone who owns a home, has children, or wants to protect their personal wishes. With baby boomers expected to transfer an estimated $30 trillion in assets over the coming decades, he highlights the serious risks of putting off crucial legal documents and estate planning decisions.

Through speaking engagements and client consultations, Wayne B. Ball empowers Arkansans to protect their families and legacies. He is a member of the Pulaski County, Arkansas, and American Bar Associations, as well as the State Bar of Texas. His work continues to shape how individuals approach estate and tax planning with purpose and peace of mind.
