Allan B. Muchin serves as Senior Counsel at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, where he continues to advise on transactional tax planning, business succession, and corporate governance. As a co-founder of the firm in 1974, Allan helped grow a 24-attorney practice into an international legal powerhouse with over 600 attorneys.

Allan began his legal career as a trial attorney with the Internal Revenue Service, where he developed his skills in tax law and litigation. He holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Wisconsin. His educational background laid the foundation for a distinguished legal career focused on sophisticated tax and corporate matters.

Throughout his tenure, Allan has provided strategic counsel to corporations, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals.
