Thomas earned his Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1986 and completed his LL.M. in Taxation at the University of Florida in 1987. He also holds a B.S.B.A. with honors from the University of Arkansas, equipping him with a strong financial background to support his legal expertise.
