Victor (“Vic”) F. Albert

Victor (“Vic”) F. Albert is a seasoned trial attorney with a strong focus on labor and employment disputes, insurance defense bad faith, construction litigation, and interstate trucking matters. He has tried more than 70 cases to jury verdict in Oklahoma state and federal courts. His courtroom experience spans complex civil disputes and high-stakes claims across multiple industries.

Vic earned his B.B.A. from the University of Oklahoma in 1984, before completing his J.D. at Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1986. His academic background in business and law provides a solid foundation for handling disputes that involve corporate operations, regulatory compliance, and risk management concerns for employers and insurers.

Vic has built a long-standing employer-based practice over the past twenty-five years. He advises businesses on workplace policies, employee training, hiring and termination decisions, and internal investigations. He represents employers in federal and state litigation and before agencies such as OSHA, the Department of Labor, and the EEOC. He also serves as national defense counsel for clients in the healthcare and insurance industries.

Vic has handled insurance bad faith matters at every stage, including summary judgment, offer of judgment, and trial. He also defends construction companies in litigation and has taken multiple construction cases to jury verdict. In addition, he regularly counsels interstate trucking companies on regulatory compliance and safety standards affecting drivers and operations.
