Victor J. Koufman

Victor J. Koufman is a seasoned trial attorney known for his sharp legal insight and broad litigation background. With over three decades of experience, he has handled complex matters across civil and criminal law. Victor began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office in Cambridge. In that role, he prosecuted a wide range of criminal cases and developed essential trial skills. He later served as an associate at Hale and Dorr and then Witmer & Associates, where he gained experience in high-level litigation and defense work before launching his own legal practice.
