Richard E. Spicer is a seasoned litigator and Member at Spicer Rudstrom, PLLC in Nashville, bringing nearly three decades of jury trial and courtroom experience to complex civil defense cases, including civil rights matters. He represents insurance companies, self-insured businesses, and major national brands facing significant exposure in areas such as civil rights, premises liability, retail and hospitality defense, construction injuries, insurance law, product liability, and trucking accidents. Richard has handled nearly every type of injury and wrongful death case imaginable, as well as disputes related to dependent care in schools, daycares, assisted living, and nursing facilities.
