Richard Henry Hart

Richard Henry Hart has practiced law for over four decades, building a strong reputation for his legal skill and dedication. He assists individuals with a wide range of matters, including family law, personal injury, criminal defense, business law, wills, probate, and litigation. He also provides legal counsel and handles appellate court cases.

Richard earned his B.S. in criminal justice from Michigan State University in 1974. He went on to receive his J.D. from Marquette University Law School in 1977. He is licensed to practice law in Wisconsin, Michigan, multiple U.S. District Courts, the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Richard is known for his service to the Milwaukee legal community. Since 1988, he has provided pro bono legal work through the Milwaukee Bar Association. He regularly moderates training seminars for family law and Guardian ad Litem work, and served as chair of the Milwaukee County Family Court Bench/Bar Committee.

Richard holds the AV Preeminent® Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell®, and has been featured in Super Lawyers and the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. His contributions earned him spots in the National Register of Who’s Who in Executives and Professionals for 2001 and 2002.
