Tyler J. Claringbole

Tyler J. Claringbole is a Partner with a broad legal practice focused on business and commercial law, real estate matters, estate planning, probate, employment law, and municipal issues. He advises clients on business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, banking matters, and litigation. His practical approach helps individuals, families, and companies address complex legal concerns with clarity and confidence.

Tyler earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Madison, Wisconsin, and also completed undergraduate studies at the University of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. He later obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School in Madison, Wisconsin. His academic work included serving as a member of the Wisconsin Law Review and as a judicial intern.

Tyler represents clients in both commercial and residential real estate matters, employment issues, and government and municipal law. He assists business owners with transactions, operational concerns, and dispute resolution. In estate planning and probate matters, he guides families through planning strategies and estate administration, helping them protect assets and plan for the future with practical legal solutions.

Tyler also serves as a commissioner of condemnation for Outagamie County, appointed by the Outagamie County Circuit Court judges. He has been admitted to practice in Wisconsin, 2015, and the United States District Court – Eastern District of Wisconsin, 2015. In addition, he has returned to the University of Wisconsin Law School as a visiting instructor for the Lawyering Skills program.
