About

Tyler Alley is a Texas criminal defense attorney representing clients in misdemeanor, felony, and jury trial matters. His work supports people facing charges that may affect liberty, reputation, work, and family stability. He helps clients understand allegations, review evidence, and prepare defense strategies. His background as a prosecutor gives him insight into how the State builds cases and how defense preparation can challenge weaknesses in court and during case negotiations.

Tyler earned a J.D. from Baylor University School of Law in 2016. He also earned a B.A. in Journalism from Baylor University. His education supports legal research, writing, courtroom communication, and case analysis. During his early legal training, he gained experience in real estate matters. A later internship with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office drew him toward criminal law and courtroom practice, building the foundation for defense work today and client advocacy.

Tyler has a decade of prosecution experience from West Texas to Galveston. He handled hundreds of cases, from minor misdemeanors to serious felony jury trials. His time as a prosecutor developed an investigative approach to case review. He studies the State’s evidence, searches for gaps, and identifies inconsistencies. At the Galveston County District Attorney’s Office, he also served as Veterans Court ambassador for defendants and clients facing serious legal consequences.

Tyler Alley helps clients face criminal charges with clear communication, preparation, and focused advocacy. His work includes questioning evidence, protecting constitutional rights, and explaining legal issues in plain language. He treats each client as a person with a story, not a case number. Through investigation, negotiation, and courtroom defense, he helps clients pursue fair treatment and stronger outcomes in Texas criminal cases and hearings during stressful criminal court proceedings statewide.
