Tri M. Luu

Tri M. Luu is the Managing Partner at Skaja, Daniels & Luu, LLP, where he focuses his practice on civil litigation involving personal injury, business, employment, and immigration law. His dynamic approach combines strategic litigation skills with a client-centered philosophy, earning him recognition for his integrity, diligence, and creative problem-solving. Tri also handles cases in construction, real estate, family law, and business transactions, providing clients with comprehensive legal guidance across multiple disciplines.

Tri earned his J.D. from California Western School of Law, where he was named to the Dean’s List for academic excellence. During law school, he clerked for Judge Timothy Taylor and the San Diego City Attorney’s Office, where he second-chaired several jury trials. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from National University, equipping him with strong analytical and financial insight that enhances his approach to business and litigation matters. Admitted to the California Bar in 2021, he continues to bring skill and professionalism to every case he handles.

As an immigrant from Vietnam, fluent in Vietnamese, Tri is deeply committed to serving the local Vietnamese community in San Diego. He volunteers with the Community Law Project at its Rosa Parks branch, offering pro bono services to underserved clients, and supports Van Lang, a Vietnamese language school in Linda Vista. His dedication to community service reflects his belief in equitable access to justice and his passion for helping others navigate legal challenges with confidence.

Beyond his legal practice, Tri M. Luu serves on the boards of several local organizations, including the Escondido Chamber of Commerce, the Legendary Lion Dance Association, and The Village Social Society.
