Rachele Berglund

Rachele Berglund has been a member of her firm since 2004 and became a partner in 2013. Her practice focuses on employment, labor, corporate, and business law, providing strategic counsel to employees, employers, nonprofits, and business entities.

Known for her efficient, straightforward approach, Rachele emphasizes preventive legal solutions that resolve conflicts before they escalate. When disputes require formal action, she is a skilled advocate before mediators, arbitrators, administrative agencies, and courts, ensuring her clients’ rights are fully protected.

Rachele earned her Bachelor of Arts in Management and Organizational Development from Fresno Pacific University, graduating with high honors and receiving the Distinguished Achievement Award in 2002. She later obtained her Juris Doctor, Valedictorian with High Honors, from San Joaquin College of Law in 2006, where she also served as a member of the San Joaquin Agricultural Law Review. Rachele is admitted to practice law in the State of California.

Throughout her career, Rachele has successfully negotiated and resolved numerous employment and business matters, including age discrimination, harassment, whistleblower, and FMLA/CFRA claims. She routinely drafts and reviews employment agreements, policies, and severance packages, and advises clients on compliance, discipline, and workplace investigations. Her corporate and governance work includes mergers and acquisitions, business formation and dissolution, and serving as General Counsel and Employment Counsel to private businesses and nonprofits.

Rachele Berglund’s dedication extends beyond her legal work to community involvement and leadership. She serves on the boards of the Golden State YMCA, Sequoia Lake Conference, and Tulare County Library Advisory Board. She is a founding member and Board Chair for Sycamore Valley Academy. As a member of the Tulare County Bar Association, she continues to advance integrity, fairness, and collaboration in all aspects of her professional and civic service.
