Michael A. Friedrichs is a partner at White and Bright, LLP, where he concentrates his practice on real estate and business litigation, as well as commercial transactions. With more than 25 years of experience, he has successfully represented clients in matters involving property disputes, construction claims, contract breaches, and personal injury cases. Michael’s deep understanding of both litigation and transactional law allows him to develop effective strategies that align with each client’s goals and business interests.
Michael earned his J.D., cum laude, from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review. He also holds a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Admitted to the California Bar in 1995, he joined White and Bright, LLP as an associate and was later named a partner in 2003. His academic distinction and years of practical experience form the foundation of his meticulous and results-driven legal practice.
Throughout his career, Michael has represented a wide range of clients, including buyers and sellers of real estate, contractors, business owners, creditors, and landlords. His practice covers commercial debt collection, landlord-tenant disputes, construction litigation, and enforcement of judgments. In addition to his courtroom work, he frequently lectures on commercial debt collection and judgment enforcement for professional audiences. Beyond his practice, Michael A. Friedrichs is deeply engaged in the Escondido community. He has served on the Board of Directors for Interfaith Community Services since 1997, including as President, and as a Judge Pro Tem with the San Diego Superior Court.
