Tracy Miller

Tracy Miller is the founder of Tracy Miller Law, LLC, a Maryland-based law firm focused on family law and estate planning matters. She represents individuals and families in divorce, child custody, child support, adoption, domestic violence, and related legal issues. Her practice is built on providing clear guidance and practical legal solutions during difficult life transitions. Tracy earned her B.S. in Biological Sciences from Hampton University, where she graduated with Honors as a Howard Hughes Medical Institute Scholar. She later completed an M.B.A. with Honors from the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business. Tracy obtained her J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law. Her academic background reflects strong analytical training, business knowledge, and a solid legal foundation, all of which support her work in complex family law matters.

Tracy gained hands-on legal experience during law school through internships with Johns Hopkins Hospital Legal Department, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid, the Attorney General’s Office, and the Public Defender’s Office. She served on the Family Law Moot Court team. She worked as a student attorney in the University’s Family Law Clinic, where she provided pro bono representation to domestic violence victims and individuals with limited financial resources.

Tracy, after graduating, practiced at a private family law firm in Anne Arundel County, where she handled a wide range of family law cases and advanced to Associate Attorney. She later opened her own firm in Columbia, Maryland, offering comprehensive representation across family law and estate planning.

Tracy Miller also assists clients with wills and powers of attorney, recognizing the importance of updated planning during major family changes. Her work has earned consistent recognition from Super Lawyers, reflecting her commitment to quality legal service and community impact.
