Gayle Evans is a highly experienced attorney with more than 40 years of practice in estate planning, corporate law, real estate, and employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs). She advises individuals, business owners, and organizations on complex planning and transactional matters, helping clients structure, protect, and transfer assets effectively. Gayle is widely respected for her depth of knowledge, practical insight, and ability to address sophisticated legal and tax-related issues.
Gayle earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, cum laude, from the University of Missouri–Columbia. She later received her J.D., with distinction, from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law, where she served as Articles Editor of the Law Review and was appointed to the Order of the Bench and Robe. Her academic background reflects a strong command of legal analysis, writing, and advanced planning concepts.
Throughout her career, Gayle has focused on estate planning for individuals and business owners, including succession planning, tax-efficient wealth transfer, and retirement planning. She is a recognized authority on ESOPs and business-related estate planning and frequently speaks at national estate planning and tax conferences. Her presentations have included engagements with Duke University, the Mountain States Tax Conference, and the American Law Institute–American Bar Association.
Gayle Evans is also a published author, having written Estate Planning for the Family Business Owner for the AICPA and contributed chapters to Missouri estate planning publications. She is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Kansas.
