Nasheia earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Bowie State University and later obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law. After law school, Nasheia served as an Assistant State’s Attorney in Baltimore, gaining extensive trial and prosecutorial experience. She later returned to Prince George’s County to continue serving her community, bringing disciplined advocacy and sound judgment to matters involving families, estates, and contested proceedings across diverse forums and cases.

Before joining the firm, Nasheia practiced family law at a nonprofit organization in Upper Marlboro, assisting more than 5,000 clients. She also serves in bar leadership, including as Treasurer of the Charles County Bar Association, and participates in statewide professional organizations.
