Tracy Lyson is a dedicated attorney and partner at O’Keeffe O’Brien Lyson Attorneys, focusing her practice on family and domestic law in North Dakota and Minnesota. Tracy earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2002. She then graduated with distinction from the University of North Dakota School of Law. While in law school, she served as the student articles editor of the North Dakota Law Review and published a case comment on equal protection in medical malpractice cases. After earning her J.D., she worked as a law clerk for the East Central Judicial District Court before joining the firm in 2006.

Tracy’s practice covers all areas of family law, including divorce, collaborative law, adoption, custody disputes, child support, and grandparents’ rights. She also handles sensitive matters like guardianships, domestic violence, restraining orders, and name changes. Tracy believes in strong advocacy balanced with practical solutions, so families can move forward with clarity and confidence.
