Tasha M. Gahner

Tasha M. Gahner is an experienced family law attorney at O’Keeffe O’Brien Lyson Attorneys, proudly serving clients in the Fargo–Moorhead area and beyond. Tasha knows that family law matters can be deeply personal and stressful, so she works hard to be a trusted advocate for her clients every step of the way. With more than a decade of successful practice, she focuses on helping families through divorce, child custody, adoption, and other family law issues with clarity and compassion.

Tasha earned her B.S. cum laude in Paralegal Studies from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2006. She then attended the University of North Dakota School of Law, where she received her J.D. in 2009. Her education gave her the strong legal foundation she uses to guide clients through complex family matters.

Tasha has practiced family law in the Fargo–Moorhead area since 2010 and is respected by clients and peers alike. She is trained in collaborative law, a certified parenting investigator, and a family law mediator. Her practice includes divorce, custody and parenting time disputes, adoptions, child support, paternity, grandparents’ rights, and more. Tasha’s goal is always to help families reach fair solutions through negotiation, mediation, or litigation when needed.

Tasha M. Gahner has served as Chair of the Family Law Section of the North Dakota State Bar Association and is active in local and national legal organizations, including the IACP. She has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2018 to 2021.
