Tony Olson

Tony Olson is a dedicated attorney at Rush & Nicholson, P.L.C., who has been representing injured Iowans since 2010. Inspired by personal experiences witnessing the damage caused by careless and neglectful behavior, Tony chose a legal career to stand up for the rights of those harmed by others’ actions. He focuses on helping individuals who have been hurt in auto and motorcycle collisions, workplace accidents, and other personal injury matters.

Tony earned his B.A. from the University of Iowa in 2006 and went on to receive his J.D. from Creighton University School of Law in 2010. Since then, he has built a strong record of success for clients in complex personal injury and workers’ compensation cases.

Recognized by Super Lawyers as a Great Plains Rising Star and named to The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40, Tony’s work has resulted in significant settlements for injured clients. His notable results include achieving $750,000 for a truck driver injured in a rear-end crash, $700,000 for a UTV crash victim, and multiple six-figure recoveries for victims of motorcycle and auto accidents.

He currently serves as President of the Linn County Bar Association, sits on the Board of Governors for the Iowa Association for Justice, and is an active member of the Iowa State Bar Association.
