Bradley J. Kaspar

Bradley J. Kaspar is a dedicated trial attorney whose practice centers on civil litigation, insurance defense, and personal injury. Bradley began his academic path at the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater, where he earned a B.B.A. in Finance and a B.S. in History, graduating summa cum laude in 2011. He continued his legal studies at the University of Iowa College of Law, receiving his J.D. with distinction in 2014. While in law school, he served on the Iowa Law Review and the Moot Court Executive Board.

Bradley’s legal career has been marked by involvement in influential professional groups. He is a Fellow of the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers and a past president of the Judge David R. Hansen American Inn of Court. He is also a member of the Iowa Defense Counsel Association, the American Bar Association, and the Linn County and Iowa State Bar Associations.

Bradley was admitted to the Iowa Bar and both U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Iowa in 2014. In 2022, he was admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. His thoughtful legal scholarship includes a publication in the Iowa Law Review addressing telemedicine standards in healthcare.
