Tommy Johnson is the founder and owner of Johnson Law Office, PLLC, a boutique business and real estate law firm in Sioux Falls. Tommy serves companies, families, and individuals on Business Law, Real Estate, Strategic Legal Advisory, and Business Advisory matters. His practice is designed around clear legal solutions and long-term client relationships, with an emphasis on practical counsel that supports business and property decisions.

Tommy graduated magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School after earning a B.A. in Mathematics and a B.A. in Economics from South Dakota State University. His quantitative and economic background complements his legal training and supports the analysis of transactions, business structures, property matters, financial terms, and strategic choices. He began practicing in Sioux Falls in 2013 following law school.

Before founding Johnson Law Office in spring 2023, Johnson spent a decade practicing at one of the largest law firms in South Dakota. That experience gave him a substantial foundation in business and real estate matters before moving to a boutique model. His current work includes advising clients on legal issues connected to companies, commercial relationships, real property, and strategic decisions that require practical, business-oriented legal guidance.
