Todd Farmer

Todd Farmer is a Kentucky attorney whose practice focuses on bankruptcy and serious personal injury matters. Todd earned his Bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Kentucky and received his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law. He is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant. Before entering private practice, he worked for Arthur Andersen in Cincinnati and Deloitte & Touche in Lexington. This financial experience strengthens his ability to analyze complex debt structures, business finances, and damages in injury cases.

Prior to founding his current firm, Todd was a partner in Stout Farmer & King for ten years. Over the past several years, he and his partner have handled more bankruptcy cases in Kentucky than any other law firm in the state. He assists clients in restructuring debt, protecting assets, and navigating court procedures to obtain a fresh financial start. In personal injury matters, he advocates for individuals harmed in serious accidents, including trucking collisions.
