Keith M. Carwell is a seasoned attorney whose practice centers on corporate, real estate, zoning, and financing matters. Keith earned a B.A. in 1969 from Western Kentucky University. He later obtained his J.D. with honors in 1974 from The George Washington University Law School. Keith has played a central role in major development projects, including legal work connected to the creation and expansion of a modern hospital campus in Bowling Green. He handled land consolidation, rezoning matters, and financing arrangements, including bond issues exceeding $24 million in 1977 and more than $77 million in 2008. His guidance supported continued community growth.
Keith regularly advises corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies on entity selection, formation, governance, and operational planning. He prepares shareholder and ownership agreements and assists buyers and sellers in negotiating acquisitions of retail, manufacturing, and service businesses.
