Thomas N. Jacobson

Thomas N. Jacobson is a seasoned real estate and business law attorney with extensive experience in complex litigation, transactional matters, and environmental cases. Since 2008, he has led his own practice, representing clients in real estate transactions, business entity formation, employment law, antitrust issues, and homeowners association matters.

Thomas graduated summa cum laude from Utah State University before earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Utah. Admitted to practice in California, Utah, and Texas, Thomas is also licensed before the U.S. Supreme Court, multiple Federal District Courts, the U.S. Tax Court, the U.S. Court of Military Appeals, and the U.S. Court of Claims.

Thomas began his legal career as a Judge Advocate in the United States Air Force, earning numerous honors, including the Meritorious Service Medal. He later served three decades at Gresham, Savage, Nolan & Tilden, where he was vice president, shareholder, and instrumental in building a firm of nearly 50 attorneys. His career includes leading one of the largest environmental cases in the country, City of San Bernardino v. United States Department of the Army.

Recognized as a Southern California Super Lawyer and recipient of the Martindale-Hubbell AV Rating, Thomas has also earned awards from the California Assembly, Senate, and legal organizations for his service and mediation work. His representative clients have included REALTOR associations, municipalities, corporations, and nonprofit organizations.
