About
Thomas DeNoia is the founding member and cornerstone of DeNoia Tambasco, and Germann, bringing more than four decades of experience to his civil litigation practice. A lifelong New Jersey native, he has built a distinguished career representing individuals, businesses, and construction entities in complex legal matters throughout the state.
Thomas earned his Bachelor’s degree in History from Seton Hall University and later received his Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law in 1976. Following law school, he completed a one-year clerkship with the New Jersey Superior Court, Chancery Division, gaining valuable insight into judicial decision-making and court procedure.
Thomas began his legal career with the Office of the New Jersey Attorney General, where he represented the New Jersey Housing Finance Agency. His work included real estate matters, bond issue review, and representation in construction litigation. He later joined one of New Jersey’s largest and most respected defense firms, where he defended design professionals, handled medical malpractice cases, and litigated complex construction claims.
In 1983, Thomas founded the firm now known as DeNoia Tambasco, and Germann, driven by a commitment to advocacy and client service. Since that time, he has earned a reputation as one of New Jersey’s premier civil litigation attorneys, securing numerous verdicts exceeding $1,000,000.
Thomas DeNoia focuses his practice on personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful termination, estate planning, real estate transactions, and complex construction litigation. Admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York, he continues to deliver strong results through experience, strategic insight, and dedicated representation.
