Justin R. Martin

Justin R. Martin is an attorney and president of Myatt & Bell, P.C. in Portland, Oregon, whose practice focuses on estate planning, tax planning, business law, probate, trust administration, and related litigation. Martin advises individuals, families, closely held businesses, and family-owned companies on planning for asset transfers, business succession, incapacity, and estate administration. He also handles business sales, contract disputes, and estate litigation when planning or ownership issues become contested.

Martin earned his J.D. from Willamette University College of Law in 2006 and a B.A. in Religion/Biblical Studies from Liberty University in 2001, with a minor in Government Law.
