Ginger Skinner is the founder of Skinner Law, PC in Portland, Oregon, and an estate planning attorney who advises families on tax-sensitive estate planning and administration. Skinner helps clients with wills, trusts, probate, beneficiary representation, charitable giving, gift and estate tax planning, incapacity planning, special needs trusts, and international estate planning. She also works with financial planners and accountants when coordinated advice helps families create estate and succession strategies suited to their goals.
Skinner earned an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Washington School of Law, a J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law, and a B.S. in Business from Eastern Oregon University.
