Théda W. Page is the founder and principal attorney of The Page Law Firm in Frisco, Texas. She brings over three decades of legal experience to her focused practice in bankruptcy and family law. Théda is known for her compassionate and strategic representation, helping clients navigate some of life’s most difficult financial and personal challenges. She listens carefully to understand each client’s needs and then offers personalized legal solutions that align with their goals and circumstances.

Théda earned her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and holds a B.A. in Politics from Mount Holyoke College.

Théda Page began her legal career at the age of 24, initially representing bankruptcy clients at a Dallas firm before establishing her solo practice. In 1988, she joined the corporate legal department at J.C. Penney Company, Inc., where she led a nationwide consumer bankruptcy rights enforcement project and worked in trade regulation. This experience enhanced her expertise in both debtor advocacy and corporate compliance.

In 2002, Théda launched The Page Law Firm to provide direct and meaningful legal services to individuals and families. Her practice spans Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy, foreclosure defense, divorce, Collaborative Divorce®, child custody, and child support. Her dual experience in bankruptcy and family law gives her a strong foundation for helping clients manage complex overlapping legal matters.

Théda Page is active in the legal community through her involvement with the State Bar of Texas, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the Plano Bar Association, and the Collin County Women Lawyers Association. Her excellence has been recognized by readers of the Frisco Enterprise and Little Elm Journal, voting her Best Bankruptcy Attorney multiple years. Her goal is to lead clients toward financial and personal stability with integrity, clarity, and confidence.
