Rashad Blossom

Rashad Blossom is a trusted bankruptcy attorney who works with individuals and small businesses across North Carolina. Rashad holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The University of Alabama, earned in 2002, followed by his Juris Doctor degree from the same institution in 2005. His education in finance and law gives him a unique ability to understand both the numbers and the legal challenges involved in bankruptcy cases.

Rashad began his legal career as an associate in creditors’ rights and bankruptcy law at Burr & Forman LLP. He later became a partner at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP, specializing in bankruptcy, restructuring, and distressed investing. Despite his success in large firms, he chose to redirect his focus to helping working-class individuals and small business owners get quality legal help without the high costs.

Rashad helps individuals and small business owners file for Chapter 7 bankruptcy, overcome small business financial trouble, and pursue consumer protection claims. He works with clients facing credit card debt, medical debt, and the challenges of rebuilding life after bankruptcy. As a former barber shop owner, Rashad understands firsthand what’s at risk when a business struggles financially—and uses that experience to guide clients toward a fresh financial start.
