Rashad Blossom is a trusted bankruptcy attorney who works with individuals and small businesses across North Carolina. Rashad holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The University of Alabama, earned in 2002, followed by his Juris Doctor degree from the same institution in 2005. Rashad began his legal career as an associate in creditors’ rights and bankruptcy law at Burr & Forman LLP. He later became a partner at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP, specializing in bankruptcy, restructuring, and distressed investing. Despite his success in large firms, he chose to redirect his focus to helping working-class individuals and small business owners get quality legal help without the high costs.

Rashad assists clients with filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy, navigating small business financial hardships, and handling consumer protection matters. He also supports those dealing with credit card debt, medical debt, and life after bankruptcy. His understanding of small business challenges is personal—having once owned a barber shop, he knows what’s at stake when finances go wrong.
