Temidayo Aganga-Williams is a seasoned trial attorney and former federal prosecutor who represents clients in internal investigations, government enforcement actions, and congressional oversight matters. His practice also spans complex commercial litigation, business torts, bankruptcy, and high-stakes contractual disputes. Temidayo brings a strategic, courtroom-tested approach to every case.

Temidayo earned his J.D. from Cornell Law School and a B.A. in political science and philosophy from Furman University. He served as a law clerk to the Honorable Dora L. Irizarry of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He now plays a key leadership role in Selendy Gay’s attorney recruitment program, helping shape the next generation of litigators.

Temidayo previously served as Senior Investigative Counsel for the House Select Committee investigating the January 6th attack and as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Brooklyn. He led sensitive investigations into political violence, white-collar fraud, organized crime, and international narcotics trafficking, earning him top honors from the DOJ and Homeland Security.

In private practice, Temidayo represents leading financial institutions, corporate executives, and Fortune 500 companies in high‑stakes regulatory, civil, and criminal matters. Recent work includes defending a former tech CEO in parallel DOJ and SEC fraud investigations and litigating a $6.4 billion breach of contract dispute involving Bristol Myers Squibb and UMB Bank.

Temidayo Aganga-Williams is also active in pro-democracy litigation and public interest work. He has authored influential amicus briefs, including one before the U.S. Supreme Court in Trump v. United States, and frequently speaks at universities and national forums. His thought leadership is featured across major media outlets like CNN, BBC, and The Wall Street Journal.
