John W. O’Dorisio, Jr.

John W. O’Dorisio, Jr. is a founding and managing shareholder of Robinson Waters & O’Dorisio, P.C., where he chairs the real estate practice. With decades of experience, he is the firm’s leading authority in corporate and commercial real estate law, representing developers, institutions, and high-profile clients in complex transactions and litigation.

John earned both his B.S./B.A. in Real Estate and Construction Management and his J.D. from the University of Denver, graduating cum laude. Admitted to practice in Colorado, he also appears before the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is an active member of the Denver and Colorado Bar Associations.

John has advised on landmark deals, including the leasing, financing, and construction of INVESCO Field at Mile High for the Denver Broncos. He has represented parties in multi-million-dollar CMBS financings, major land developments, and high-value commercial leasing matters. His real estate counsel also includes land use, condemnation, and complex leasing agreements for office, industrial, and retail spaces.

Beyond client advocacy, John serves as legal counsel to the Denver Commercial Association of Realtors® and sits on the boards of Colorado UpLift and the Lutheran Medical Center Foundation.
