Tatiana F. DaSilva is a Principal at Cohen and Wolf, P.C., where she practices in the Trusts & Estates, Elder Law, and Tax groups. She represents individuals and families in developing estate plans designed to preserve and transfer assets while meeting personal and family objectives. In addition to estate planning and administration, she advises on elder law matters such as conservatorships, supplemental needs trusts, and Medicaid applications, guiding clients through sensitive issues with skill and care.
Ms. DaSilva earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2016, where she served as Lead Articles Editor of the Quinnipiac Law Review. She also holds both an M.A. and an H.B.A. with honors and high distinction from the University of Toronto. After law school, she clerked for the Honorable Barry R. Schaller and the Honorable Socrates H. Mihalakos of the Connecticut Appellate Court.
Recognized as a rising leader in her field, Ms. DaSilva has received numerous honors, including Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in Trusts & Estates and Elder Law, Connecticut Super Lawyers® Rising Star in Estate & Probate, and the Connecticut Law Tribune’s “New Leader in the Law” award. In 2025, she was named a “40 Under Forty” honoree by Westfair Business Journals and selected to Moffly Media’s “Top Lawyers in Fairfield County.” She is also a graduate of the New England Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).
Tatiana F. DaSilva is active in professional and community organizations. She serves on the Executive Committee and CLE Committee of the Estates and Probate Section of the Connecticut Bar Association and is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Beyond her legal work, she contributes to the community through leadership roles with Westover School, Connecticut Arts Alliance, Brass City Ballet, and the Fairfield County Community Foundation.
