Susan D. Luxon is a Richmond, Kentucky, attorney who has practiced law in her hometown since 1994. Her practice is devoted to helping injured and disabled individuals across Central and Eastern Kentucky. For more than 25 years, she has focused on workers’ compensation and Social Security disability claims.
Susan earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Eastern Kentucky University in 1991. She received her Juris Doctor in 1994 from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, where she was a member of the Journal of Family Law.
Susan handles serious workers’ compensation cases, including amputations, head injuries, spinal injuries, work-related car accidents, and death claims. She carefully evaluates each case to determine whether a third-party claim may exist or whether additional compensation may be available due to safety violations.
