Caitlin E. Klosowsk

Caitlin E. Klosowski is a Kentucky attorney who represents clients in family law, criminal defense, estate planning, probate, and civil litigation matters. Admitted to practice in Kentucky in October of 2022, she brings thoughtful preparation and steady advocacy to each case. Her work reflects a strong commitment to helping individuals and families navigate challenging legal situations with clarity and confidence.

Caitlin earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Criminalistics from Northern Kentucky University, Highland Heights, Kentucky. She later pursued her legal education at Salmon P. Chase College of Law, Highland Heights, Kentucky, where she obtained her J.D. This academic path provided her with both analytical skills and a solid legal foundation.

Caitlin focuses her practice on divorce, custody, adoption, and other family law matters, along with criminal defense and estate-related cases. She also handles probate proceedings and civil litigation disputes. Her experience allows her to guide clients through emotionally complex and legally detailed issues while working toward practical and effective resolutions.

Caitlin gained valuable experience during law school by working on cases in both State and Federal courts. These matters involved civil rights, prisoners’ rights, wrongful death, personal injury, product liability, and contract disputes. She also assisted Judge Jennifer Kinsley of the Ohio First District Court of Appeals with pro bono criminal defense cases before the Judge took the bench.

Caitlin E. Klosowski continues to build her practice with a focus on strong advocacy and meaningful client support. Caitlin is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and the Northern Kentucky Bar Association. Through her legal work and community involvement, she remains dedicated to serving others with integrity and professionalism.
