Stratton P. Laggis

Stratton P. Laggis is an Idaho attorney whose legal practice centers on criminal defense, family law, and personal injury matters, as well as other areas of civil litigation. Since beginning his legal career in March of 2014, he has represented individuals across Southeast Idaho, focusing on steady guidance and practical solutions. He is licensed to practice in both state and federal courts throughout Idaho.

Stratton earned his Bachelor of Science, Environmental Science, 2010 from the University of Idaho before completing his Juris Doctor, 2013 at the University of Idaho College of Law. He is a Member of the Idaho Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and a Member of the 6th Judicial District Bar Association.

Stratton handles a wide range of legal matters, but his primary focus remains defending those accused of crimes, assisting clients in family law matters, and advocating for individuals injured by others’ actions. He approaches each case with careful preparation and a strong commitment to protecting his clients’ rights.

Stratton P. Laggis has also been recognized for his service to the community. He received CASA’s Attorney of the Year award for 2014 and the Denise O’Donnell-Day Pro Bono Award for 2015 in acknowledgment of his advocacy efforts and dedication to helping others.
