Scott Hamblin

Scott Hamblin is an experienced trial attorney serving clients across Missouri. For more than two decades, he has represented individuals in Circuit Courts and United States District Courts. His practice at Scott Hamblin, Attorney at Law, Partner of Brydon, Swearengen & England P.C., focuses on family law, criminal defense, and personal injury matters. He handles divorce, child custody, custody modifications, and paternity cases. In criminal defense, he represents clients facing charges such as DWI/DUI, drug offenses, firearm offenses, sexual crimes, money laundering, and manslaughter. He also helps injury victims seek compensation for medical bills, lost wages, and other damages.

Scott A. Hamblin earned his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia, School of Law (1996–1999). During law school, he was involved in the Board of Advocates, Order of Barristers, and Moot Court. He received his B.S. in Political Science from Missouri State University (1991–1995). His education built a strong foundation in trial advocacy and legal research, which continues to support his courtroom work today.
