Steven A. Harr

Steven A. Harr is a commercial litigation attorney whose practice focuses on complex business disputes, arbitration, mediation, and federal and state receiverships. As a founding partner and General Counsel, he has served in key leadership roles while maintaining an active litigation practice. Steven represents companies, financial institutions, and business owners in high-stakes matters involving fiduciary disputes, securities issues, real estate conflicts, intellectual property claims, and warranty litigation.

Steven earned his J.D., cum laude, from Texas Tech University School of Law. He also received his B.S., with honors, from Texas Tech University. His academic background provided a strong foundation in trial advocacy, legal research, and complex business law. Licensed in Texas, he is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and multiple federal district courts.

With decades of experience, Steven has handled jury and bench trials, arbitration proceedings, and receiverships involving complex commercial claims. He has served for more than 17 years on the American Arbitration Association’s neutral arbitrator panel and has been appointed as arbitrator in more than 125 matters. He has also been appointed by federal courts as a Receiver and Examiner in significant securities fraud and insolvency cases.
