Logan Adcock is a Shareholder in the Dallas office of Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C. He focuses on construction law, representing owners, general contractors, and subcontractors in complex commercial projects. His practice includes construction transactions, dispute resolution, arbitration, and litigation across Texas.
Logan earned his J.D., cum laude, from Baylor University School of Law, where he received the Dean’s Academic Excellence Scholarship and was a member of the Order of the Barristers and the Judge Abner V. McCall American Inn of Court. He earned his B.A., summa cum laude, from Baylor University.
Logan regularly drafts and negotiates prime contracts, subcontracts, and vendor and supplier agreements for commercial construction projects. His experience includes handling constitutional and statutory lien matters and advising clients through early negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and courtroom litigation when disputes arise.
Before joining Munsch Hardt, Logan served as in-house counsel for one of the largest general contractors in the United States. In that role, he negotiated construction and design agreements for large commercial projects and advised project teams on contract compliance and dispute resolution.
Logan representative matters include drafting and negotiating contracts for the renovation and expansion of an emergency services dispatch facility and advising on agreements for university student housing developments. He brings practical insight from both private practice and in-house experience to each engagement.
Logan Adcock is recognized by Thomson Reuters – Texas Rising Stars (2021-2025) and Woodward/White, Inc. – Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Construction Law and Commercial Litigation. He is admitted in Texas and the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Northern, Southern, and Western Districts of Texas.
