Stacy J. Crider is a Partner at Hankey Marks & Crider in Indianapolis, Indiana, where she has practiced law since 2010. Her legal career focuses on Social Security Disability, Workers’ Compensation, and Personal Injury cases. Stacy earned her J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2009. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Indiana University, with minors in Psychology and Political Science.
While in law school, Stacy served as a student attorney in the Criminal Defense and Wrongful Conviction Clinic, where she provided pro bono representation in the Marion County D Felony Court and assisted with appeals involving wrongful convictions. She was involved with the Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity and selected as a pupil in the American Inns of Court. Her dedication to justice also led her to work as a research assistant with the Innocence Project, reinforcing her commitment to protecting the wrongly accused.
Before joining Hankey Marks & Crider, Stacy worked in Bloomington as a criminal defense attorney. In 2019, she was sworn into the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States, giving her the right to file cases before the nation’s highest court—a moment of personal and professional honor.
Stacy J. Crider is an active member of the Indiana Bar Association, the Indianapolis Bar Association, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Indiana Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group.
