Shannon Bangle

Shannon Bangle is a Texas business lawyer and mediator whose commercial practice centers on real estate litigation and transactions, business and partnership disputes, construction, contracts, sports law, commercial leasing, lending, banking, energy, environmental torts, and technology. He also advises business and individual clients on the legal consequences of everyday decisions. Shannon earned his J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law in 1998 after attending University College London’s International Law Program in 1997. He received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Southern Methodist University in 1995, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. His education supports his ability to analyze commercial agreements, property issues, business relationships, and litigation risks while providing practical legal guidance to clients on transactions.

Shannon has served as a partner in private practice and previously acted as outside general counsel to the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association from 2011 through 2018. He has advised clients on business disputes, real estate transactions, construction matters, commercial leases, lending issues, and sports-related concerns. His experience as a certified mediator since 1998 also helps him evaluate disputes, negotiate solutions, and pursue efficient resolutions when litigation can be avoided altogether.
