Grover B. Davis

Grover B. Davis represents Indiana clients in business law and litigation, insurance law and defense, personal injury, estate and probate administration, real estate, and construction matters at McClure McClure & Davis. Mr. Davis earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Indiana University School of Law and his B.S. from Indiana University. He was admitted to the Indiana bar in 1974. He is also admitted before the US District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. His education and federal admissions support his work in litigation, insurance defense, real estate, business law, personal injury, and probate administration matters throughout Indiana courts.

Mr. Davis previously served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in Marion County, Indiana, before developing a broad civil practice. He represents clients in business disputes, insurance matters, personal injury claims, construction issues, and real estate controversies. He also assists with estate and probate administration. His background allows him to evaluate legal and factual issues from multiple perspectives while preparing matters for negotiation, litigation, or other appropriate forms of effective dispute resolution.
