L. Michael Koch

L. Michael Koch is a partner at Brooks Koch & Sorg, and advises individuals and businesses on business law, business organizations, commercial litigation, transactions, estate planning, real estate, personal injury, medical malpractice, and workers’ compensation matters. He represents clients in disputes and transactions involving business operations, contracts, leases, property interests, injuries, and workplace claims. Michael earned his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis and his B.S. in Biology from Wabash College. He is admitted to practice in Indiana and before the US District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. His legal education and science background support his work on medical malpractice, personal injury, business, real estate, and other matters that require careful factual analysis, legal judgment, and preparation.

Michael represents plaintiffs in medical malpractice, motor vehicle and motorcycle accident, premises liability, and dog bite matters. He also handles workers’ compensation claims and advises clients on real estate contracts and leases. His business practice includes organizational matters, transactions, and commercial litigation. He received a Top Paper honor in Law and the Medical Profession while in law school.
