Scott has successfully argued before several high-level courts, including the Louisiana Supreme Court, the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Louisiana Third Circuit Court of Appeal. He devotes 80% of his practice to litigation and 20% to strategic business counseling, helping clients navigate legal risks and complex financial issues.
