Sarah K.F. Lollar is an associate attorney at Gardner & Mendoza, P.C., where she practices exclusively in immigration law. Fluent in Spanish, she represents clients in family-based immigration, employment-based immigration, and removal proceedings. Sarah completed her Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Archaeology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2012 before earning her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2016. During law school, she was active in the Immigration Law and Justice Society and spent over two years with the Immigration Clinic. Her commitment to advocacy was recognized with the Graduation Award for Outstanding Clinic Intern, honoring her exceptional service to clients.
Sarah is admitted to the Virginia State Bar and practices in all Virginia state courts as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Virginia. In addition to her legal practice, Sarah is a frequent guest on Spanish-language radio programs in Hampton Roads, offering updates on immigration law and explaining available benefits to the community. She participates annually in Citizenship Day, helping immigrants prepare their naturalization applications free of charge.
