Romy B. Jurado, Esq., is the founder of Jurado & Associates, P.A., where she represents clients in a wide range of legal matters, including real estate, business law, probate, estate planning, immigration, and litigation. Fluent in English and Spanish, she is committed to delivering clear, accessible legal advice. Romy earned her J.D. from Florida International University College of Law in 2011, where she was a Dean’s List honoree and recipient of the Stearns Weaver Miller Fellowship and the Florida Association for Women Lawyers Scholarship. She also holds a degree in Public Administration from Florida International University, graduating with honors. During law school, she served as a federal judicial intern to Hon. William M. Hoeveler, U.S. District Court.

Romy began her legal career at Marko & Magolnick in the business law department before working at McCalla Raymer in litigation, representing banks in title, insurance, and property transactions. She has since built a practice that includes business formation, contracts, intellectual property, and investor immigration matters. She is also the author of Starting a Business in the United States as a Foreigner, reflecting her commitment to educating and empowering entrepreneurs.
