Sarah A. Hunter brings over seven years of experience as a civil litigator, representing clients in a wide range of legal disputes. Her work includes significant involvement in large-scale healthcare litigation as well as representing individuals in personal injury matters involving negligence and product defects. She has also guided clients through complex workplace disputes, addressing wrongful termination, harassment, and discrimination claims.

Sarah earned her Bachelor of Science in legal studies from the University of Toledo in 2013, graduating magna cum laude. She continued her education at the University of Toledo College of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctorate in 2016, also graduating magna cum laude and as a member of the Order of the Coif. During law school, she served as the Executive Articles Editor of the Toledo Law Review, further developing her legal analysis and writing skills.

Sarah has argued on behalf of clients in both state and federal courts, including the United States District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of West Virginia. Her experience also extends to appellate work, where she has contributed to cases before the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
