Sapphire M. Andersen

Sapphire M. Andersen is an associate attorney at Baird Holm LLP, where she practices within the firm’s Labor, Employment, and Employee Benefits Group. She advises employers on a wide range of workplace compliance issues, including personnel policies, wage and hour matters, and discrimination or retaliation claims before state and federal agencies.

Ms. Andersen earned her Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Creighton University School of Law, where she was honored with the Outstanding Service to the Law School Award and the Donald P. Lay Award for her work on the Creighton Law Review. She also holds a Master of Science in Government Organization & Leadership from Creighton University.

Before attending law school, Ms. Andersen graduated summa cum laude from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Political Science. Her academic achievements reflect her strong foundation in research, analysis, and communication—skills she now brings to her legal practice.
