Santo (Sandy) Bisignano, Jr. is a founding partner at Bisignano Harrison LLP, where he focuses his legal practice on estate planning, business succession, trust and estate administration, charitable gift planning, fiduciary representation, and marital property issues. With a career spanning over four decades, Santo is a widely respected leader in the field of estate and probate law.

Santo earned his B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame in 1969, followed by an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business in 1971. He later returned to the University of Notre Dame to complete his J.D. in 1978, where he served as Associate Editor of the Notre Dame Law Review.

Santo Bisignano, Jr., is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is a Fellow of both the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) and the Texas Bar Foundation. He has played key leadership roles in several professional organizations, including serving as President of the Dallas Estate Planning Council and Chair of the Dallas Bar Association’s Probate, Trusts and Estates Section.

Throughout his career, Santo has earned wide recognition, including multiple listings in Best Lawyers in America (1994–2012), D Magazine’s “Best Lawyers in Dallas/Fort Worth” (2003–2007), and Texas Monthly’s “Texas Super Lawyer” (2004–2012).

In addition to his legal work, Santo is a frequent speaker at state and national estate planning seminars and is known for sharing his deep knowledge of wealth preservation and fiduciary responsibilities.
