Sandra C. Oswalt

Sandra C. Oswalt is the founding attorney of Oswalt Law Group, P.C., where she leads a multi-office practice serving clients throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area. Her legal focus includes bankruptcy, personal injury, and criminal defense—areas where her advocacy has made a meaningful impact for thousands of clients.

Sandra holds a Juris Doctorate from Regent University School of Law in Virginia. During law school, she served on the Associate Board of Alternative Dispute Resolution and actively participated in student legal organizations, including the American Bar Association and Phi Alpha Delta. She also holds a B.A. in Psychology, summa cum laude, from Arizona State University and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.

With more than 3,000 bankruptcy cases handled, Sandra Oswalt is deeply experienced in helping individuals achieve financial recovery. Before founding Oswalt Law Group, Sandra worked as an associate attorney at one of Arizona’s largest consumer bankruptcy firms. There, she gained extensive experience helping clients navigate Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings—skills she now brings to her own practice, combining efficiency with personalized care.
